NEW PUBLIC ACCESS POLICY
The Supreme Court has adopted a policy governing statewide access to appellate and trial court case records, which will go into effect on January 6, 2018. This policy will affect how certain information is restricted in court filings. Join us as Attorneys Jessica F. Moyer of King Spry Herman Freund & Faul, LLC, and William J. Fries of Fries Law Office, present an overview of the policy, compliance measures, and the Lehigh County forms and requirements for filings with the Court.
