Or call Hershey Lodge Reservation office at 855-729-3108, and ask for the room block for the 2025 Bench Bar Conference, September 11 – 14, 2025. We have the block setup from 9/11-9/14. You do have the opportunity to book rooms prior or after event for the block rate as long as certain room percentages are available at the hotel. I suggest booking early especially if you are extending your stay. Group rate is $299 plus and taxes and fees. If you are trying to extend your stay, use the call in option. I also strongly recommend booking any spa services way ahead of time.
