DESCRIPTION:This event is exclusive to BALC Members-Only. Member Spouses are welcome and encouraged to attend. \nThis event will recognize BALC 50 year members\, Martin J. Karess\, Esq. and The Honorable James Knoll Gardner\, followed by the presentation of the 2015 Legal Eagle Award. \nThe evening will also mark the traditional “Changing of the Guard” for the Association Board of Directors. The incoming President will be The Honorable William H.  Platt.
