If you desire to file the application electronically\, please send it to williamberndt@lehighcounty.org  Failure to file the application form by the deadline may prevent the applicant from participating in the ceremony.  Petitions and proposed orders for admission should not be presented either to Court Administration or to the judges prior to the ceremony on January 29\, 2016.
