DESCRIPTION:The Annual Bench Bar Conference presents a unique opportunity for BALC Judges\, attorneys and invited guests to learn\, interact & network in a casual environment. The conference takes place over a weekend (usually in the Fall) in a destination location. Previous locations include West Point\, New York City\, Annapolis and Baltimore.  Typically\, the weekend consists of a cocktail reception to welcome guests\, CLE seminars\, group activities and a formal Sunday Brunch before returning back to the Lehigh Valley. \n\n\n\n2025 Bench Bar Conference \n\n\n\nSeptember 12-14th \n\n\n\nThe Hotel Hershey\, one of the finest Historic Hotels of America\, is a must-visit destination in Chocolate Town® U.S.A \n\n\n\nBook Your Rooms NOW! \n\n\n\nhttps://www.thehotelhershey.com/qr/RYD450J0AJ \n\n\n\nOr call Hershey Lodge Reservation office at 855-729-3108\, and ask for the room block for the 2025 Bench Bar Conference\, September 11 – 14\, 2025. We have the block setup from 9/11-9/14. You do have the opportunity to book rooms prior or after event for the block rate as long as certain room percentages are available at the hotel. I suggest booking early especially if you are extending your stay. Group rate is $299 plus and taxes and fees.
